Adhesive aluminum foil insulation bag is a portable insulation packaging with aluminum foil as the core insulation reflection layer, combined with self-adhesive sealing design. It mainly uses aluminum foil to reflect heat, inner insulation material to block heat transfer, and relies on adhesive tape at the edges to achieve sealing, thereby achieving cold insulation or insulation effect. Its characteristics are easy to operate, strong sealing, lightweight and easy to carry, widely used in food delivery, short distance transportation, small picnics and other scenarios, especially suitable for maintaining the temperature of single or small portions of food.
Working principle:
The aluminum foil layer reflects external heat sources (during cold insulation) or internal heat (during insulation), the bubble film insulation layer slows down heat conduction, and the viscous sealing design reduces heat exchange caused by air circulation. The combination of the three achieves temperature maintenance for 3-6 hours (the specific duration is affected by the ambient temperature and the initial temperature of the contents).

PE film, 100D: PE film has better waterproof performance and is suitable for storing soup and food;
Non woven fabric: Non woven fabric is more environmentally friendly and has slightly better biodegradability
● Insulation layer material:
Bubble film (1-3mm, single-layer/double-layer) 3mm double-layer bubble film has better insulation effect than 1mm single-layer, suitable for winter insulation or long-term cold insulation in summer
Inner layer material: Food grade aluminum foil (compliant with GB 4806.11 standard). It must come into direct contact with food and pass food contact safety certification to avoid the risk of aluminum migration
● Size (length x width):
20 × 25cm (small, for hamburgers/sandwiches)
30 × 40cm (medium, containing 1-2 food boxes)
40 × 50cm (large, for small cakes/fruit boxes)
The size should match the contents, as being too large can cause air convection and reduce insulation efficiency
Adhesive tape types: pressure-sensitive adhesive (disposable), reusable adhesive (few styles). Disposable adhesive tape has strong adhesion and cannot be opened repeatedly after sealing; Repeatable models are suitable for scenarios that require temporary retrieval
● Insulation/cooling duration:
Insulation (initial temperature of 60 ℃): 2-4 hours;
Cold insulation (initial temperature of 5 ℃): 3-5 hours (ambient temperature of 25 ℃)
When the ambient temperature exceeds 35 ℃, the cooling time should be shortened to 1-2 hours and used in conjunction with ice packs
Load bearing capacity: 1-5kg. Due to the influence of material thickness, large-sized models have slightly higher load-bearing capacity than small-sized models due to their larger area
Temperature resistance range: -10 ℃ to 60 ℃. Do not store hot food (over 80 ℃), otherwise it may cause the rubber strip to fail or the aluminum foil to deform
The environmentally friendly part of the style is made of biodegradable materials (outer layer+rubber strip). The biodegradable version has a higher cost and is suitable for scenarios with strict environmental requirements (such as high-end takeaway)
