Load Bearing Reinforced Non-woven Bag
Details
Load bearing reinforced non-woven bags are a type of specialized bag designed through material upgrades, structural optimization, and process strengthening on the basis of ordinary non-woven bags. They aim to improve load-bearing capacity and durability, and are suitable for loading heavier items such as books, tools, food, small appliances, etc. They are widely used in supermarkets, logistics, and other scenarios. Its core advantage lies in balancing the environmental friendliness and high-strength load-bearing requirements of non-woven fabrics, solving the problems of easy breakage and limited load-bearing capacity of ordinary non-woven bags.

Product Details

By using high weight non-woven fabric (usually 80g/㎡ or more), the tensile strength and tear resistance of the raw materials are significantly improved, providing a basic guarantee for load-bearing.

Structural optimization disperses weight
Handstrap design: widened and thickened (width 5-10cm), or using a "bottom through" handle integrated with the bag body (extending from the bag mouth to the bag bottom), to avoid the connection between the handle and the bag body becoming a weak point.

Side reinforcement: The side is sewn with edge wrapping or reinforced with reinforcing ribs to reduce local stress damage during the installation of irregular items.

The key connection parts (handle and bag body, bottom edge) are reinforced with double thread sewing or ultrasonic heat sealing+sewing to avoid loosening under long-term load-bearing with single process reinforcement; Some high-end models will also undergo wear-resistant edge treatment to extend their service life.

Although it is designed for reinforcement, non-woven fabric is still the main raw material, which can be reused (far more times than ordinary non-woven bags), and is easily degradable after disposal (some biodegradable materials), in line with the trend of green packaging.

Product Parameters

● Texture of material:
-Basic model: High weight PP spunbond non-woven fabric (80-150g/㎡);
-Enhanced version: non-woven fabric+woven fabric composite (outer non-woven fabric, inner woven fabric enhances tensile strength);
-Waterproof version: non-woven fabric+PE film composite (suitable for holding liquids or damp items);
-Degradable: Composite non-woven fabric with PLA/PBAT added.
● Weight: 80-150g/㎡, mainly:
-80-100g: suitable for moderate weight-bearing (10-15kg), such as daily shopping and reading;
-120-150g: Suitable for high-strength load-bearing (15-30kg), such as tools, small appliances, and bulk food ingredients.
● Size: Customized as needed, common specifications:
-Small and medium-sized: 30cm × 40cm (side width 10-15cm), suitable for storing books and small tools;
-Large size: 40cm × 60cm (side width 20-30cm), suitable for installing household appliances and building materials samples;
-Oversized size: 50cm x 70cm or more (with a side width of 30cm+), used for industrial parts and logistics packaging.

FAQ

Q: What is the core difference between load-bearing reinforced non-woven bags and ordinary non-woven bags?

A: The core difference lies in load-bearing capacity and durability: the ordinary model weighs 40-80g/㎡, with a load-bearing capacity mostly within 5kg, and the handle and bottom are prone to damage; The reinforced version uses high weight materials, structural optimization (such as bottom handles and double-layer sealing), and process strengthening, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 10-50kg and an increase in repeated use times by 3-5 times (up to 30-50 times).

Q: Will liquids (such as bottled water or soy sauce) leak?

A: Ordinary non-woven fabric material itself has fine pores, which may cause water leakage; If non-woven fabric+PE film composite is chosen, it has waterproof properties and can be used to seal liquid containers for a short period of time, but sharp objects should be avoided from puncturing the inner membrane, and it is not recommended to tilt it for a long time.

Q: How to determine whether the load-bearing capacity of a reinforced non-woven bag meets the standard?

A: You can make three judgments: ① Check the weight (100g/㎡ or more is more reliable); ② Check the connection method of the handle (through bottom or double reinforcement is better than single seam connection); ③ Observe whether there is double-layer heat sealing or lining at the bottom (a flat and thick bottom provides more stable load-bearing).

Q: What should I do if the handle becomes loose after long-term load-bearing use?

A: If the handle is only slightly loose, you can use needle and thread to reinforce the sewing at the connection point; If there is severe looseness or tearing, it is recommended to stop using (to avoid items falling off). Such wear and tear belongs to the normal use category, and regular replacement is safer.
