It can be printed on spunbond fabrics such as polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET), while considering waterproof, breathable, and temperature resistance (180-220 ℃) performance. - Resolution: 360-1200 DPI for digital printing, 600-1200 DPI for heat transfer printing, 80-120 mesh for screen printing (suitable for simple color blocks).
- Color mode: CMYK four-color or extended color gamut (such as CMYK+RGBW), supports spot color customization (Δ E ≤ 1.5).
- Surface treatment: Matte or glossy film options are available to enhance wear resistance and glossiness, while also increasing waterproofing (water pressure resistance ≥ 1000mmHg ₂ O).
- Material: 100% polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET), recyclable or biodegradable (with added degradation masterbatch).
- Certification: Tested by SGS and ITS, compliant with REACH regulations (SVHC list) and EU Ecolabel standards, with some products certified by Oeko Tex 100.
