Heat sealed laminated non-woven bag is a multi-layer structure packaging bag formed by bonding non-woven fabric with other materials (such as film, another layer of non-woven fabric) through hot pressing composite technology. The edge of the bag is sealed through heat sealing technology, without the need for needle or glue. It has the advantages of strong sealing, stable structure, waterproof and oil resistant, and is widely used in food packaging, medical supplies, industrial parts storage and other scenarios.


The heat sealing process tightly adheres the edges of the bag body (such as the bottom and sides), effectively blocking air, moisture, and dust, especially suitable for items that require moisture and pollution prevention (such as dry goods and medical equipment).


The multi-layer composite structure enhances tear resistance and load-bearing capacity, making it less prone to tearing or damage compared to ordinary sewn non-woven bags. Different materials can be composite according to needs, such as non-woven fabric+PE film (to enhance waterproofing), non-woven fabric+aluminum foil (to enhance light avoidance), non-woven fabric+breathable film (to retain breathability), etc. If biodegradable non-woven fabric and food grade film are used in the ring, it can meet environmental protection requirements and food contact standards, avoiding the migration of harmful substances that may be caused by adhesive bonding.

Q: What is the difference between heat sealed laminated non-woven bags and ordinary sewn non-woven bags?

A: The core difference lies in the sealing method: heat sealed bags are bonded to the edges by hot pressing, with strong sealing and no pinholes, suitable for moisture-proof/leak proof scenarios; Sewing bags are sewn with needle and thread, which have good breathability but weak sealing, making them more suitable for scenarios that require breathability or frequent opening and closing (such as shopping bags).

Q: Can it be used for vacuum packaging of food?

A: Some styles are acceptable. If high airtightness heat sealing technology (such as edge widening heat sealing) and food grade composite film (such as PE film) are used, they can be used for vacuum packaging of non liquid foods, but the negative pressure resistance of the bag body needs to be confirmed (to avoid rupture during vacuum pumping).

Q: Is it easy for the heat sealed edge to crack?

A: Under normal circumstances, it is not easy to crack. The heat sealing strength is related to temperature, pressure, and material compatibility. If the heat sealing parameters match (such as moderate temperature and uniform pressure), the edges are firmly bonded and can withstand daily pulling and pulling; But avoid repeatedly tearing the edge of the heat seal, which may cause cracking.
