Customization Requirements
(a) Basic Parameter Confirmation
Size Specifications: Provide exact dimensions of bag width × height × side (bottom) in cm (e.g., standard size: 30×35×12cm). Specify if hand strap design and sealing method (e.g., adhesive strip, drawstring) are required.
Material Thickness: Non-woven grammage options: 60-100g. 80g is recommended for regular food delivery (balancing texture and cost); 80-100g non-woven base material is suggested for laminated bags to ensure load-bearing capacity and lamination effect. Choose between regular PP non-woven fabric or RPET recycled non-woven fabric
Color Requirements: Specify bag base color (e.g., white, black, colored) and number of printing colors. Fewer colors reduce customization costs; it's recommended to limit to 3 colors to ensure printing clarity and cost control.
(b) Printing & Design Requirements
Design Files: Provide design drafts in vector graphic formats (e.g., CDR, AI, EPS) for sharp printing; raster images must have a resolution ≥300 dpi. Design content should include brand logos, text information, graphic elements, etc. Reserve appropriate blank space to avoid overcrowding.
Printing Options: Digital printing, screen printing, or laminated printing is recommended based on the printing content.

(c) Customization Process
Consultation & Quotation: Provide the above basic parameters and requirements; Shandong Kaison Packaging will issue a detailed quotation (including material, process, quantity, unit price, production cycle, etc.).
Deposit Payment: After confirming the quotation, pay a deposit (30%-50% of the total amount) to start the production scheduling process.
Final Design Confirmation: The manufacturer will layout the design based on the provided draft and issue an electronic sample within 2-4 hours. Production starts only after customer confirmation and signature.
Balance Payment & Production: Pay the balance after final confirmation; no modifications to core parameters (e.g., design, size) are accepted during production.
Delivery: After production, logistics or courier is arranged based on the customer's location. Usually 1-2 days for surrounding cities, 3-7 days for inter-regional logistics. Logistics timelines for overseas customers are subject to carrier schedules.

(3) Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Non-Woven Food Delivery Bags: Standard MOQ is 5000 units. 5000-10000 units are the basic bulk range-5000 units suit daily needs of small and medium-sized catering businesses; bulk pricing discounts apply for orders over 10000 units (ideal for chain restaurants and large-scale food delivery brands with high-frequency use).
Special Notes: MOQ for personalized customization (e.g., special sizes, materials, complex printing) can be negotiated based on production difficulty; relaxed MOQ applies to repeat orders from existing customers.

(4) Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the non-woven food delivery bag truly biodegradable?
A: Yes. Made from virgin polypropylene non-woven fabric, it decomposes completely within 90 days in outdoor natural environments. It burns non-toxic and odorless, complying with international environmental standards-safe for use.
Q: Can the waterproof and oil-proof effect of laminated bags be guaranteed?
A: Absolutely. The laminated layer uses special PP film, tightly bonded to the non-woven fabric via high-temperature heat sealing. It effectively blocks soup and oil penetration; tests show no leakage even with long-term storage of regular food delivery soups.
Q: The MOQ is too high-can it be lowered?
A: The standard MOQ is optimized for production efficiency. For small orders, consult customer service for adjustable in-stock sizes. MOQ for special customization can be negotiated, but the unit price will be adjusted accordingly.
Q: How long does it take from final design confirmation to delivery?
A: Regular orders take about 10 days for production; laminated bags require 1-2 extra days due to additional processes. Urgent orders can be expedited-confirm details with customer service in advance.
